Hello my name is Olga, i live in St.Petersburg Russia. I study Arabic and i’m interested in Islam. I’m trying to understand this religion both through reading Quran and research books and through communication with people living in muslim countries. For some reason i feel that Islam is closer to me than any other religion though i have never been a religious person. The other reason why i started this research for myself is that it really seems that there is much misunderstanding around Islam in the world, which leads to tragic consequences. I am interested both in your thoughts and feelings on this subject and in the everyday life of the people in your country. You can write me in English or Spanish (my Arabic is not good enough yet!). It would be especially interesting to get a mail from a muslim girl...Take care everybody..
