Hi Penfriends, Iam Mathias Mulumba looking for friendship from Europe, Asia and America. Iam married and work with Rural Communities in Uganda as a Community Development Facilitator in line with Agriculture under a local reputable NGO (Emesco Development Foundation). Looking forward exchanging views in rural and community development and Global development at large with honest penpals. I dislike disappointing people and others disappointing me.Best regards to u friends as u write me.
