Hi, I'm from Kansas City, Missouri. I live alone with my dog, Pere. I'm retired and would like to find a new friend to share thoughts with. I've always worked so I'm having a little trouble transitioning to what I want to do now. I would like to travel. I like to read, write, journal, take photo's and create art from trash. I love all animals and volunteer at a local vet clinic for dogs and cat. I am learning to live with a minimal amount of things and break the old habit of accumulating stuff. I want to be more free to discover. I have been divorced for many years and am blessed with two grown son's, one daughter-in-law, 5 grandchildren and their two dogs. I love to feel the paper in my hands of a hand written letter but also like the speed of internet friends it just doesn't seem as personal.
